New Delhi: The most awaited central pay commission has submitted its report today to the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. It was the most important pay hike for millions of central government employees including PSUs and Indian Railways.
The Seventh Central Pay Commission has recommended 18000 minimum salary per month to any central government employees across the country. It is the most important step in hiking government employees salary.
It is one of the most awaited salary hike because sixth pay commission was implemented in 2006 and 7th Pay Commission was due on 1st January, 2016.
The Seventh Central Pay Commission is headed by the retired Supreme Court judge Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur, aka Justice Mathur.
This minimum 18000 salary per month will be implemented from January 1, 2016 across the nations including all central government ministries, departments, PSUs, Government of India undertaking except few.
This minimum 18000 salary per month will be much appreciated among the central government employees.
It is also expected that the most of state governments will implement this minimum salary per month of Rs. 18000 including new one.
The Seventh Central Pay Commission will give benefits to more than 50 lakhs central government employees. There are also millions of pensioners who worked under the Government of India, they will also get benefited from these recommendations.
