I welcome the pay scales recommended By 7 th Pay commission to the Central Govt employees and there by taking care of their retired employees who r the pensioners. This will give benefit o the State Govt Employees and Pensioners too.
At one time the central Govt and Bank employees are are at par in their pay scales during 1970-74 s.Now the Bankers, though they are PSUs ,but not at the same level in pay scales. They are treated very badly. Why this step motherly treatment and treating them as 2 nd rated citizens.
Hope the govt will realise the mistake and set right the disparity. The central /State Govt trade unions will support the cause of Bank Employees and Pensioners.

The news posted here is not final. The BJP Government is leaking the news like this to dilute the employee’s struggle movement mind. They are only focusing salary part. What about other demands, like increasing of HRA percentage, raise in transport allowance, abolished allowances and advances, CCA and other demands? Please don’t give importance to the news like this.

Retirement of 33years of service or 60years of age which is earlier is justified. Because mass new employment scope to young generation can be created. Secondly young mass will give better service smartly to general public and Govt. will also do less expenditure in salary .

Minimum 40% hikes in salary is necessary keeping view in present market price.
