    Will there be any accountability from these Principals? There is no accountability whatsoever from Government Schools and no one in the School thinks about Student enrolments (they don’t care). I think the time has come to have some kind of KPIs from these Principals / Teachers.

    Also, what % of Govt. funding in this sector goes to paying salaries and what % is allocated to any kind of capital expenditure / innovation / trying new concepts / technology investments etc.? Any Idea?
