The last point in the important points ie. ‘Pay Commission has proposed 3% annual increment twice a year’. Please verify. Annual increment will be annually ie. once a year. This cannot be twice a year.

As regards medical facilities, it should be equal right from Group D to Group A and pensioners because life is equal and there must be equal right to all working and retired officers & official to save their life by availing medical facilities. Increased pension should started from the age of 70 years @ 20%, at 75 @ 40%, at 80 @ 60%, at 85 @ 80% and at the age of 90 @ 100%.

Some of the officials getting grade pay of Rs. 4600 are promoted in the grade pay of Rs. 4800. This is not fare more so when the official is promoted as gazetted officer. Officials in the grade pay of 4600 should be promoted in the grade pay of Rs. 5400 in PB 2 and after 4 years in PB 3 .
