7th Pay Commission: Non Performer will not get Annual Increment
Today Union Minister Jitendra Singh said: “Non Performing Central Government employees will not get their annual increment / annual pay hike, if their performance is not up to mark. Performance is major according to weekly report of every central government employee. If they have not perform up to the benchmark then they are not eligible to get annual pay hike.”
For this department of personal and training will issue perfect guideline to track performance of every central government employee.
Till now this is applicable to only central government employee, If state government implement this rule then state government employees also have to follow.
In 7th Pay Commission, MACP (minimum assured career progression) is modified “Good” to “Very Good”. Means if your performance index is Very Good then and then you will get annual increment and promotion.

Department of Personal and Training is working on this point and they are making one format for weekly report, all office head have to fill this weekly report of their employee. Depending on this weekly report annual increment is approved.
If your performance is not up to the mark then department will give strong signal and you have to change your attitude toward work.
